Utility System Operations Review
An Atrium partner and two colleagues were engaged to provide an independent consultant’s report to be included as an appendix to the official statement prepared in connection with the issuance of a municipal gas utility client’s revenue bonds, in an aggregate principal amount of approximately $300 Million. We were to review the books, records, agreements, customers, sales and financial projections; and investigate such physical properties of the utility as we deemed necessary to express our opinion of its operating results and projections.
