Crystal has developed energy management strategies for $3B USD in public EV fast charging investments from Electrify America and Mercedes-Benz, as well as for 30+ MW of Electrify America’s behind-the-meter battery energy storage systems paired with public EV fast charging, the largest deployment of its kind in North America. Crystal brings industry expertise across energy controls, utility tariffs, asset management, data-driven stakeholder alignment, and technology. She leverages her utility rates and regulatory background to develop revenue and cost frameworks for utilities and large commercial & industrial customers. Crystal is a Senior Energy Justice Fellow at the University of Maryland School of Public Health and Cleantech Open Accelerator Mentor.
