Mr. Garrison has worked for commercial real estate private equity and publicly traded companies for over 15 years and as an owner of a consulting, commercial construction, and real estate development company.

As Director of Real Estate Development for Hourigan Group, Mr. Garrison has been involved with the development and construction of a variety of projects for energy and utility companies including the newly constructed headquarters building for Dominion Energy in Richmond, VA and the headquarters building of Apex Clean Energy in Charlottesville, VA. Mr. Garrison’s primary role is as a project manager and principal analyst of the market analysis, financial analysis, regulatory rezonings, and due diligence stages of the development cycle. Mr. Garrison also has expertise in industrial development and data center site selection, as well as large scale rooftop solar development and financial analysis.
