Mr. Darkis is an Oklahoma-licensed CPA and utility regulatory professional with experience in rate proceedings, cost-of-service analysis, regulatory filings, compliance reporting, and financial analysis. He supports the review of production and transmission rate models, including FERC formula-rate matters, and contributes to discovery, protests, settlement documents, testimony, and annual filing protocols. His utility experience also includes preparing regulatory filings, managing compliance requirements, monitoring utility earnings, supporting asset-sale activities, and assisting with enterprise resource planning system implementation.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Darkis supported project managers and consulting staff in the review and analysis of production and transmission rate and cost-of-service models associated with FERC proceedings. He also assisted with the development of discovery requests, regulatory challenges, protests, settlement documents, and annual filing reviews. Mr. Darkis contributed to the preparation of testimony submitted before FERC and state regulatory commissions and supported the development of formula rate templates and filing protocols used in annual regulatory proceedings.
