Mr. Fallgren has over 40 years of experience developing capital and O&M budgets, overseeing
asset management programs, prioritizing competing projects, implementing large capital
projects, as well as designing and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures in
compliance with the Sarbanes Oxley Act corporate governance for expenditures. As Vice
President and Officer for PNM, he was responsible for testifying in front of regulatory agencies
regarding capital project compliance with regulatory prudence standards. Mr. Fallgren holds a
Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Minnesota and has been a
registered engineer in the state of Minnesota since 1994. Mr. Fallgren’s office location is Phoenix,
